Méthode Traditionnelle Brut

This wine comes from young vines of Chenin Blanc grown on a clay-limestone soil. Bottled in the spring following the harvest, the wine is then aged in our underground cellars for a minimum of 24 months.

Manual riddling by the producer and disgorging ensure quality control at each of these delicate operations. When served a light foam with fine bubbles appears. Then a fresh nose, floral and mineral, precedes a supple and amplified tasting where notes of grilled almonds that persist in the mouth appear. Serve in an ice bucket, to choose from aperitif or dessert.
