On the rocky slopes of the first Hills of the Cher Valley, the sun and the Terroir have come together to produce this jewel of the vintage.
The Chenin blanc vines implanted since the first half of the 20th century explore with their roots the most interesting layers of the clay-limestone subsoil of our vineyard.
With a yield not exceeding 30 hl / ha, the concentration reached its maximum at the time of harvest.
The vinification is spread over several months and, in contact with the fine lees, the wine blooms in the spring and lets express its youthful aromas where we find citrus fruits and honey and candied fruit.
Accompany white meats in sauce, foie gras, scallops and goat cheeses from Touraine.
